Peter Kovago and Jeffrey Borus of Glickman Kovago & Company represented the owner in the recent sale of 150 Goddard Memorial Drive to Seven Hills Foundation for $1,900,000. Consisting of 42,000 square feet on 4 acres of land, the property was formerly the home of Heinrich Ceramic Decal, Inc. The company served the glass and ceramics industries as a supplier of decals since 1980. Heinrich recently closed its doors.
The new property owner, Seven Hills Foundation, currently offers programming at 180 locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and employs more than 3,500 professionals.Seven Hills Foundation offers a continuum of support and services to 30,000 individuals with disabilities and life challenges.
