An 8-year-old Citgo gas station/convenience store with Dunkin Donuts sold to Worcester based station owner, HTK2, LLC, for $2.6million. Buyer owns several high profile stations throughout the region.
Seller owns Ted’s Package Store and is in process of re-developing entire town block. Construction began last week and will culminate with new 13ksf Liquor/Convenience store with brand name fruit and produce tenant and retail pad site. Existing store will remain open through construction. Grand opening slated for November 2012
